PM Chef (Full-Time) — Either/Or

Come join our culinary team!! This role is perfect for someone who has a lead-by-example leadership style, thrives in high-volume situations, and cares about providing our loyal fan base with high-quality food.

What This Role Actually Looks Like:

You keep the line moving and make sure food goes out consistently and at a high standard.
You lead the back-of-house team on PM shifts, overseeing hands-on cooking, directing prep, managing tickets, and keeping everyone aligned and focused.
You help shape the menu by contributing ideas for seasonal dishes and weekly specials.
You coach employees when necessary, maintaining consistent communication.

Assist in developing and executing seasonal menus and weekly specials.
Step in wherever needed as this is a leadership role, not a station-only position.
