PM Chef (Full-Time) — Either/Or

What This Role Actually Looks Like:
- You keep the line moving and make sure food goes out consistently and at a high standard.
- You lead the back-of-house team on PM shifts, overseeing hands-on cooking, directing prep, managing tickets, and keeping everyone aligned and focused.
- You help shape the menu by contributing ideas for seasonal dishes and weekly specials.
- You coach employees when necessary, maintaining consistent communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, with a focus on PM service execution.
- Lead, train, and mentor back-of-house staff to maintain consistency, efficiency, and morale.
- Oversee prep and production to ensure readiness for service and events.
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and organization.
- Assist in developing and executing seasonal menus and weekly specials.
- Step in wherever needed as this is a leadership role, not a station-only position.
