HIRING Hosts, Food Runners, and Expeditors!

This job is for you, plus you earn an hourly wage AND tips!

Host Position:

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive
Manage the waitlist and seating chart, assigning tables based on party size and server rotation
Communicate wait times accurately and keep waiting guests informed and comfortable
Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entryway throughout the shift

Food Runner Position:

Deliver completed dishes from the kitchen to the correct tables quickly and accurately
Confirm each dish matches the ticket before leaving the expo window
Keep the expo area organized and support the kitchen team during high-volume rushes

Expeditor Position:

Serve as the primary link between the kitchen and the floor, coordinating the BOH team during service
Review each dish at the window before it leaves to confirm correct preparation, consistent plating, and ticket accuracy
Manage the pace and timing of orders so tables receive complete meals together and service runs smoothly
