Host Position:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive
- Manage the waitlist and seating chart, assigning tables based on party size and server rotation
- Communicate wait times accurately and keep waiting guests informed and comfortable
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entryway throughout the shift
Food Runner Position:
- Deliver completed dishes from the kitchen to the correct tables quickly and accurately
- Confirm each dish matches the ticket before leaving the expo window
- Keep the expo area organized and support the kitchen team during high-volume rushes
Expeditor Position:
- Serve as the primary link between the kitchen and the floor, coordinating the BOH team during service
- Review each dish at the window before it leaves to confirm correct preparation, consistent plating, and ticket accuracy
- Manage the pace and timing of orders so tables receive complete meals together and service runs smoothly
