We’re looking for a Front of House Manager to help lead a vibrant, family-friendly restaurant known for great food, drinks, and hospitality! This role is perfect for someone who has a lead-by-example leadership style, thrives in high-volume situations, and cares about providing quality items for the DSM community.

What This Role Actually Looks Like:

This is a hands-on, floor-first leadership role. This looks like:

Leading busy services with confidence.
Managing reservations and guest flow using Toast waitlist.
Stepping in where needed (expo, bar support, guest interaction), whatever helps keep our service sharp.
Setting the tone for professionalism, urgency, and hospitality every shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the floor during service: drive pace, flow, and guest experience.
Train, coach, and develop FOH staff through hands-on leadership.
Lead effective pre-shift meetings with clear priorities and expectations.
Handle guest feedback and service issues with confidence and professionalism.
Maintain strong communication between FOH staff and leadership.
Support bar operations, including cleanliness, organization, and inventory.
