We’re looking for a Front of House Manager to help lead a vibrant, family-friendly restaurant known for great food, drinks, and hospitality! This role is perfect for someone who has a lead-by-example leadership style, thrives in high-volume situations, and cares about providing quality items for the DSM community.
What This Role Actually Looks Like:
This is a hands-on, floor-first leadership role. This looks like:
- Leading busy services with confidence.
- Managing reservations and guest flow using Toast waitlist.
- Stepping in where needed (expo, bar support, guest interaction), whatever helps keep our service sharp.
- Setting the tone for professionalism, urgency, and hospitality every shift.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the floor during service: drive pace, flow, and guest experience.
- Train, coach, and develop FOH staff through hands-on leadership.
- Lead effective pre-shift meetings with clear priorities and expectations.
- Handle guest feedback and service issues with confidence and professionalism.
- Maintain strong communication between FOH staff and leadership.
- Support bar operations, including cleanliness, organization, and inventory.
